Strategic industrial, environmental and R&D investments in Italy

National scheme supporting large-scale investment programmes in the industrial, agro-industrial and environmental sectors, including related research, development and innovation projects. It targets Italian and foreign enterprises investing in production facilities located in Italy.

Type of call

Open application procedure with assessment and negotiation by Invitalia. Support combines grants and subsidised finance. Active windows cover general investments, automotive, semiconductors, electric buses and STEP technologies.

Eligible applicants

Enterprises of any size, established in Italy or abroad, applying individually or jointly and implementing programmes in Italy. The minimum investment is generally €20 million, reduced to €7.5 million for agricultural product processing and marketing.
