Grant and guarantee for the energy efficiency of Lombardy-based enterprises

Mixed incentive (non-repayable grant + regional loan guarantee) for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments by Lombardy-based SMEs, with a minimum 30% emission reduction. Envelope subsequently reduced by Decreto Dirigenziale No. 2950 of 6 March 2026.
