ON – Beyond New Zero-Interest Enterprises

Support for the creation and growth of micro and small enterprises

National measure supporting the creation and development of new business initiatives through zero-interest subsidised loans and non-repayable grants. The main objective is to promote youth and female entrepreneurship across the entire national territory, supporting productive investments, services and innovative activities.

National incentive scheme on a rolling basis for business creation and growth

Eligible applicants

Micro and small enterprises established for no more than five years, or individuals committed to setting them up. A majority shareholding by young people (under 35) and/or women is required. Projects must be implemented across the national territory.

€ 315M – refinanced
