Incentives for the economic valorisation of patents

The measure supports the purchase of specialised services aimed at the economic valorisation of patents, fostering industrialisation, technology transfer and market development. The main objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of companies holding recent patents. The scheme applies nationwide and targets SMEs.

Type of call

National incentive scheme with a first-come, first-served procedure, providing non-repayable grants to finance specialised services for the development, exploitation and industrial use of patents.

Eligible applicants

Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with registered and operational offices in Italy, holding industrial invention patents or national, European or international patent applications, subject to specific recent time requirements and positive search reports.
