Concessional financing for innovative startups

A national funding scheme designed to support innovative startups developing high-tech products, services, or solutions, fostering business creation and growth across the Italian territory.

Type of call

Open-call scheme providing zero-interest concessional loans, with the possibility of non-repayable grants in specific territorial areas.

Eligible applicants

Innovative startups established for no more than 60 months and registered in the dedicated section of the Italian Companies Register, as well as individuals committing to set up an innovative startup within the required timeframe. Foreign companies are also eligible, provided they establish an operational presence in Italy. Projects must concern high-tech products, services or solutions, particularly in the fields of digital economy, deep tech, and research valorisation.
