Grants for properties dedicated to tourism sector staff

The call funds redevelopment, upgrading or completion of properties to be used as housing for workers in the tourism and hospitality sector. The objective is to improve living conditions and energy efficiency. Targeted at companies operating in Italy in tourism and food services.

Type of call

Non-repayable grant supporting investments in existing properties, with aid intensity up to 30% and increases for SMEs, territories and energy performance. Evaluation procedure through ranking.

Eligible applicants

Companies in tourism and hospitality (ATECO 55), food and beverage services (ATECO 56) and related tourism activities, with availability of properties to be used for worker housing. Projects must include redevelopment, upgrading or completion with at least 10 beds.
